How do you know this has not been altered?

  1. Every time something is logged, the system computes a “digital fingerprint” from the text and the photos — change a single character and the fingerprint changes completely.
  2. Those fingerprints are chained together and, at the end of each day, combined into one root hash that is published openly on the blockchain-anchor page. This lot’s root hash has been written into Bitcoin (block #968542), so no one — not even Nguồn Xanh — can backdate it.
  3. You can check it yourself: press “Verify now” and your own phone recomputes the whole chain and compares it with the published root hash. To check without trusting us at all, also press “Verify on Bitcoin”.

  1. Each entry gets a fingerprint

    The type of work, date and time, text and original photos of each record are hashed into one digital fingerprint. Change a single character and the fingerprint is completely different.

  2. Records are chained together

    Every record carries the previous record’s fingerprint, forming a hash chain. Quietly change one character and the chain breaks.

  3. End of day: combined and published

    At the end of each day (around 23:55–23:59) the fingerprints of all lots with new records are combined into one Merkle root and published on the blockchain anchor page. If the server is down, the anchor is made when it restarts.

  4. Written into Bitcoin — cannot be backdated

    The root is submitted free of charge through OpenTimestamps into Bitcoin. This root is already in a block: no one — not even Nguồn Xanh — can backdate it.
